Once Products are received, a 30-day return window exists on items already made. The customer will pay for return shipping. A refund will be provided once Angela's Creations receive the item.

Pre-Order/Custom Order/Made-to-Order Product Policy
We strive to have all our pre-orders, custom orders, or made-to-order items mailed out within three to four weeks. The time depends on the number of orders we have in front of your order. Another factor that may affect the time frame of when an item is shipped is our wholesaler’s inventory of the supplies we use to create our products. It doesn’t happen often, but there have been a few instances when a specific item we needed, such as a certain color t-shirt, was on backorder or unavailable. If this happens, you will be contacted via email with a second option of something as close to the original order as possible. If you choose to go with the second choice, we will make your product and get it sent out. If you wish for a refund, we will send you a refund.
Money is required upfront before a custom order is started.
We want to do everything possible to make our customers happy, but it is almost impossible to resell custom items. Therefore, our policy is not to accept returns on custom orders unless there is an error on our part.
